Once

I once had great expectations
For you and decided to
Clean out our poetic
Lava from it's core.
Birthing your aroma and
Slitting my wrists
With cotton heartbeats.
I read you many times
On my skin before and
I will calm you again.
You will defeat my purpose
And stand still upon our
Darkened hiccup;
We only met once.
Without spaces you
Collide into me and
Unto my surface smiles.
Open hearts and master
Shades of frequent purples
Are crying happy hearts.
Our shadow is seamless
With invincible tears;
Would we notice if the
Snow was growing rather
Than falling?
